2004 Summer Institute: The Year of the Arctic

This year the theme is 'The Year of the Arctic', focusing on links between Ocean, Ice, Ecology and Climate. We welcome Alex Hall, an Atmospheric Scientist from UCLA, as well as many individuals representing the wealth of expertise on the UW campus.
